You shoot bullets instead of punching!

You are disarmed

When equipped, the Tommygun grants the Armed and Dangerous mod, which allows the player to kill zombies during a Pandemic. It will also replace the player's punching animation with bullets being fired from the gun. A Tommygun also gives the /mad expression to the player.
