The Puffer Fish Block is a pain block that was introduced during the Gone Fishin' update. One can be obtained by fishing in a drilled Ice Crust Block with a Water Bucket on top, using any bait.
Function
Every time the player runs into the item, they will let out circles of stars, similar to when they hit an Acid or a Shockinator, and it takes five consecutive hits to kill the player.
Trivia
- Being a pain block, using items with the Fireproof mod will not allow the player to take more hits, unlike with lava pain blocks.
