The Mega-Pellet Bait is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Gone Fishin'! update. One can be obtained from consuming Frozen Chunks while equipping a Buckskin Hood, Buckskin Jacket, Buckskin Pants and Winter Scarf. One also has a chance to be dropped from harvesting a Tackle Box.

The bait can only be used in a hand-drilled Ice Crust Block with a Water on it. Items which can be caught with one include:
