The Deluxe Winterfest Cracker is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of WinterFest 2017.
Function
Similar to the regular Winterfest Cracker, the Deluxe Winterfest Cracker must be used on another player. When consumed, the targeted player will get either a Winterfest Silver Paper Crown or a Winterfest Gold Paper Crown, while the player who used the Deluxe Winterfest Cracker will receive one of the following rewards:
