Neon Nerves are a clothing item introduced during the Strange Crystals update. It leaves a rainbow trail behind the player when they walk, giving them the Speedy mod.
Trivia
- Neon Nerves do not Stack with Speed Medallion, though they do stack with other items which grant Speedy mod.
