The Cloak of Falling Waters is a back item, introduced on the 1st of November, 2017 as November 2017's Item Of The Month. Item does not give the Double Jump mod but punching players will give them the Soaked mod which will make them wet for 30 seconds. It can also be used for fire extinguishing.
