Locks 200 tiles around itself. Only allows either building or breaking of blocks inside - wrench it to decide which!

A Builder's Lock can lock a maximum of 200 tiles. It can be wrenched to change its settings such as giving other players access, ignoring empty air, or setting the locked area to public. Additionally, it shows an option to allow building, breaking, or both.
Trivia
- Unlike other types of tile locks, such as the Big Lock, the Builder's Lock will not disintegrate, even after the original owner has been offline for 180 days.
