This item can only be purchased this month! it will never return, and cannot be obtained any other way! It is tradeable, though. Zraei's DragoScarf is a neck item which was April 2017's Item Of The Month. Bretz and Zraei sponsored the item and were the first players to complete all the Epic Quests. This item cost 100,000 gems in store.
