Skull Launcher as a gun
Skull launcher is a gun type which have been added into Growtopia in 3 February 2017 with the Night of the Sewing Dead update.
Skull launcher shoots Skulls and creates a black hole where it hits.
This item can kill zombies during a Pandemic.
