The Mutated Cell is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Night of the Sewing Dead update. You can also obtain Mutated Cell by punching players whilst having the zombie status effect by G-Virus during pandemic.
Function
Consuming 200 Mutated Cells will create a Mutated Seed, which can then be used to splice exclusive trees.
