The Angel Wings is an unsplicable back item which was added as part of Valentine's Week 2013 on February 10, 2013.
Function
 You can jump in mid-air! It's like flying, but less.

When equipped, the Angel Wings grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air.
