When consumed, it has a chance of rewarding the player a Prize Ladder items.

Consuming this with the Ramune at the same time would cause the player to respawn. This is a reference to the Pow Stone's description, which tells the player that combining the Pow Stones with soda would be dangerous. This consumable can also be fed to a Silkworm to give it a green color.
