Lesser Otherworldly Bait was added during the 2016 Halloween Event.
You can get it by dropping Fishing Fly and Shrimp Lure.
It appears to be a smaller Otherworldly Bait with a tiny L at the side.
In-game description
This is bait for fishing. Equip a fishing rod and then use this bait on water that you are standing next to in order to start fishing. This bait actually travels through a wormhole into a dark dimension and catches things there, instead of in the water. Lesser bad things.
This item can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds.
