Phlogiston is an unsplicable pet hand item. When worn, it spawns a pet which replaces the wearer's punch with rainbow flames fired from the pet and adds the "Flame On!" Mod, allowing the wearer to punch 1 block further than usual. Purchasing one from a Pet Trainer is one of the Epic Quests.
