The Silk Vest is added in the Silkworm Update and come with a different colours.

To sew it, you need to place a Silk Bolt - Grey inside the Sewing Machine, stitch it with a Straight Stitch to a Silk Bolt - White and then stitch a Silk Bolt - Grey with a Straight Stitch to sew it.
