Stretched Canvas was introduced in the 3rd Anniversary Update. 2 of them are required in the recipe for Da Vinci Wings.They are purchasable from Locke The Travelling Salesman for 30 World Locks.
WARNING: As with other backgrounds it can be destroyed by placing other background over it.
