The Chainsaw Hand is an unsplicable hand item introduced during Halloween Week 2015.

When equipped, the Chainsaw Hand gives the Slasher mod replaces the player's punch with a slashing effect, along with a custom sound effect.

The item is a reference to the Evil Dead series of films, in which the protagonist severs his possessed hand and attaches a chainsaw in its place.
