He appears on a special event that usually occurs several days before Halloween Week, visiting random player's worlds. He wears a Special Cultist Hood, Ancestral Tesseract of Dimensions, and a Cultist Robe.
When visiting random worlds, the Mysterious Cultist can leave after a short amount of time. He talks in a blue colour and walks around the world. Some of his lines are:
