Mysterious Cultist is a NPC which was added as part of the Halloween Week 2014 2014 update. He appears on a special event that usually occurs several days before Halloween Week. He wears a Special Cultist Hood and a Cultist Robe.
Keep in mind that Mysterious Cultist can leave after a short amount of time. He will talk using blue color and walk around the world. Some of his lines are:
