This item is a new item from 2015 Harvest Festival. This item is obtainable by breaking trees using a Hand Scythe.
In-Game Description:

Recipe: 10 Songpyeon,20 Balance Mooncake, and 50 Harmony Mooncake.
This item can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds.
Additional Information:
When equipped, this item gives the speedy mod. This item also seems to have the same animation as Autumn Wings, dropping leaves when walking.
