This item was added during the Summerfest update in 2015.
You can only get this leash by randomly using Super Firework, breaking a Summer Suprise, or finding it in the Treasure Chests that are hidden in a beach-blasted world.
This leash replaces the Phoenix Wings, so the Phoenix Wings are no longer obtainable
Because this item replaced the Phoenix Wings, it is most likely this item will be replaced by another Phoenix item in Summerfest!
