In order to obtain the Pineapple Body, the player must eat 600 Pineapples to get the Pineapple Form Mod, which turns the player's body into a pineapple. The player's back, shirt, pants, and feet will become a pineapple when they have this mod, but the effects will stay. This makes one look strange when using a Growboard or Starboard, as they will float in mid-air.
Once the player has a Pineapple Body, they will not be able to feed themselves anymore Pineapples, but other people can.
