Burning Eyes is a face item which can be bought from Locke The Travelling Salesman for 50 World Locks. When worn, these items give the Burning Eyes mod.

When equipped, they say "Your eyes are quite warm. (Burning Eyes mod added).
When removed, they say "Everything looks so much cooler! (Burning Eyes mod Removed).
