The Crime Wave is an unsplicable consumable which was added alongside the Crime Wave pack and Superhero Pack. One can be obtained from purchasing said pack from the Store for 5,000 gems. One can also be dropped from harvesting a Winterfest Calendar - 2017 or Winterfest Calendar - 2018.

Function

When used on a tile the player has access to, four random villains will spawn in the world and stay for 24 hours.
