The Heartbreaker Hammer is a new item that came with the Valentine's week update 2015.
The item is a red hammer with a golden handle. The effect it makes is called 'Hammer Time', it shoots copies of the hammers. The Heartbreaker Hammer breaks just as fast as the pickaxe.
