Skeletal Dragon Claw is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Halloween Week 2014 update on October 31, 2014.
Function
 You command a mighty (expired) dragon!

When equipped, Skeletal Dragon Claw provides the player the Dragondead mod which allows the player to break blocks faster as well as have an increased knockback on your Punch. It also replaces your Fist with a green fire
