Fistful of Rings is a hand equipment item which can be obtained from The Ringmaster at The Carnival. Unlike the other rings you can get from him, this is simply a cosmetic item with no special effects.
This is considered by most people the most useless ring in the game.

This item can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds.
This item cannot be dropped or traded.
