The Ring can be obtained only from The Ringmaster. He will ask you to give him 10 tickets before you can do the quest as he will ask you to do 10 tasks inorder to get a ring. There are 6 types of rings. This ring makes you invisible.

This ring is also from The Lord Of The Rings movie trilogy.
