The Dragon of Legend seems like a giant purple dragon with yellow dots and yellow eyes. The Items used is a purple and yellow sword. It shoots fire that also is seen to explode on contact of the tile you tapped on. It is also untradable.
You have to complete the Quest of Fire to get it.

8: Earn 10,000 Exp.
9: Bring The Wizard 1,000 Dragon Tails.
10: Deliver 100,000 Gems.
11: Break 100,000 Rarity Worth Of Blocks.
12: Complete 100 Successful Surgeries.
13: Collect 1,000 Provisions (E.g. Science Stations, Cows, Chickens..)
14: Bring The Wizard 3 Fiesta Dragons.
15: Collect 100,000 Rarity Worth Of Fruit From Trees.
16: Bring The Wizard 1 Ultra Trophy 3000.
