Turns out you had to do a lot more than ring a bell to get these suckers.

The Legendary Wings looks like the Angel Wings, only bigger, more special, and extremely rare.

You have to complete the Quest of the Heavens to get it.

Samsage is the only one with the Legendary Wings.

Don't get trick by angels and legendary wings, I have not seen anyone but him wearing it yet.
