The Parrot Wings is an unsplicable back item which was added as part of Cinco De Mayo Week 2014 on May 2, 2014.
Function
 You can jump in mid-air! It's like flying, but less.

When equipped, the Parrot Wings grant the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air.
Step 19 of the Quest Of The Heavens requires the player to deliver 50 of this item.
