This item can only be obtained by completing one of the BLARNEY worlds and kissing the Blarney Stone. It is only available during St. Patrick's Week. Unlike the Blarney Pebble and Celtic Block, this item only has a chance to awarded on the first BLARNEY you complete that day.

- This was the first item in the game which was worn on the avatar's neck.
