This item can only be obtained by obtaining ten Blarney Pebbles from the BLARNEY worlds, which are only available during St. Patrick's Week.
Additional Info
This item summons a Pet Leprechaun to follow you and gives you the Rainbows! mod, which replaces your punches with deadly rainbows (deal extra damage to blocks, does NOT give bonus knockback to players).
