This item can only be obtained by completing one of the BLARNEY worlds and kissing the Blarney Stone. It is only available during St. Patrick's Week. Players can obtain one pebble per world per day. If a player manages to obtain all blarney pebbles from the nine different BLARNEY worlds (BLARNEY1-BLARNEY9) in a single day, he/she will obtain a Lucky Horseshoe. After the player has collected 10 Blarney Pebbles, they can create Pet Leprechaun by using Pebbles on themselves, this will also give the player the "Little Green Man" Achievement.

If the player uses less than 10 Blarney Pebbles on themselves, a message will appear, saying: "Legend says that you need 10 Blarney Pebbles!"
