This item can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds.
Additional Info:
The Devil Wings are made by clicking on the player with a stack of four Devil Wing Fragments. Devil wing fragments can be obtained by dropping Angel Wings into the Growganoth, but EACH Angel Wings ONLY give one fragment.
