You don't jump higher than with normal wings, but man, you do look pretty cool.

The Devil Wings are a special Halloween item made by clicking on the player with a stack of four Devil Wing Fragments. Individual Devil Wing Fragments can be obtained by dropping 4 Angel Wings into the Maw of Growganoth one at a time.
