You can only get the Dragon Hand by trading it from another player or buying it from the store for 50000 Gems

Call forth the Dragons of legend! With the Dragon Hand, you will command your own pet dragon. Instead of punching blocks or players, you can order your dragon to incinerate them! In addition to just being awesome, this also does increased damage and pushes other players farther.Not available any other way!

This items can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds.
When you equip it it says:
You command a mighty (small) dragon! (Dragonborn mod added)
When you unequip it, it says:
Your dragon has abandoned you! (Dragonborn mod removed)
The Dragon Hand spews out fire instead of punching.
You can make an Ice Dragon Hand by adding a Dragon Hand, 20 Snowballs and a Transmog Crystal to any Chemical Combiner such as an E-Z Cook Oven. It can only be made during WinterFest.
You can make a Fiesta Dragon by placing a Dragon Hand inside a Mystery Pinata.
