This can be spliced by using Neon Lights and Crystal Block.also it is a very rare item and is veery hard to claim from an saber tree becasuse it will grow either black saber,red,blue,double, or flame so there is about 30 percent chance of earning one from a saber tree.its value is usually 30-40 wls.rarer than blue greem and red saber
