The Roulette Wheel is a non-solid SFX foreground block which was added alongside the Vegas Pack.
Function
As it is an SFX foreground block, punching a Roulette Wheel plays a roulette wheel animation and sound effect. In addition, it will display a random number from 0 to 36 and either the color red, black, or green (for 0 only).
