The Pinata Whistle is an item only obtainable through the Store for 2,000 gems, and is only available during Cinco De Mayo Week.
In store description
"Having trouble finding a Piñata to smash? Want to keep the party going after Cinco De Mayo is over? Grab a Piñata Whistle and you can start a Piñata Bash anytime you want! Whistles only work once, and make sure you have some friends nearby, because you can't party alone."
This when you blow it will summon a Piñata and you have to have many friends or people to help break this to get a prize from this.
If you recycle this item it has a chance to give 0-50 gems and it is a 0.5% chance
