The Apple is a consumable introduced along with the Education Pack. It gives the player the Doctor Replusion mod, which prevents players from performing surgery on the player for 24 hours.
Trivia
- On the 25th of July, an update was implemented allowing players to disable their Legendary Title for 24 hours by consuming an Apple. The use of Apples on other players was also disallowed, to prevent players purposely removing the Legendary Title off other players.
- If a player tries to use an Apple on another player, it will say "No sharing apples!"
