When equipped, the Lion Dancer Cape - Red grants the Double Jump: Lion Dancer Cape - Red! mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air.
When equipped with Lion Dancer Mask - Red, Lion Dancer Shirt - Red, Lion Dancer Pants - Red, and Lion Dancer Feet - Red, the player will gain an extra pair of legs resembling a Lion Dancer costume.
