It's also the only one with a mod added that makes you run slow, attack weaker, and make you feel as if you weigh 1000 pounds. If one a piece of clothing with the Long Range Mod then you do no damage when punching.
Rarity of 65.
To make a Curasd Hat, splice, a Bookcase seed with a Dreamstone seed. The tree is like a Tangram Block tree, you have a 1/5 chance of getting the Cursed Hat and there is a small chance o recieving it with the Fantasy Pack in store.
