Being a toggleable multi-framed animated foreground block, a Harmonipan can be toggled on or off via punching. When toggled on, a Harmonipan will change its appearance, showing a looped animation, and play a piece of music.

Trivia

The Harmonipan is based on a traditional Mexican instrument of the same name, which is considered a variation of the barrel organ.
In the game files, the Harmonipan's music is named harmonipan2022.
