The Ambu-Lance is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Surgery Day monthly event update on July 19, 2021. The item was formally introduced on July 30, 2021, the date Surgery Day arrived.

When equipped, the Ambu-Lance grants the Ambu-Lance: Punch Damage mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster, as well as changes the player's Fist to throw lances when punching.

• This item is part of the Mecha Med set, which consists of Mecha Med Helmet, Field Medics Mecha Med Scarf, Mecha Med Shoes, Ambu-Lance, Mecha Med Pants, and Mecha Med Shirt.
  • Unlike the other items, the Field Medics Mecha Med Scarf was added earlier, during Grow4Good Week 2021.
