When equipped, it grants the Speedy & Surfboard : Cardboard Nessie! mod, which allows the player to move faster on land and floats on water as long as they keep pressing the jump button.

This item is a reference to a mythical creature Loch Ness Monster, also known as Nessie found in the Scottish Highlands.
