When equipped, it will grant the Double-Jump: Pegasus Wings! mod, which will allow the player to jump for a second time in mid-air while leaving trails of feathers when jumping and it grants the player additional chance of an unknown amount to obtain Pegasus Chest during Pegasus Pursuit whilst fishing, completing surgeries, or completing startopia missions.
