Seth has stated that this item will never be released, and was never intended to even be seen. He has stated that the trophy is an administrator-only test item.
Seth also said this:
"Very early in Growtopia's history, Hamumu created a decoy Trophy and put it inside of a locked area. If anybody took it, we knew there was a server/pathfinding exploit. Oh, it also bans anybody who touches it."
