When equipped, the Medusa's Crown grants the Medusas's Gaze mod, which allows the player to turn punched players into Pet Rocks. This effect only works if the player is the owner of the world.

When it is used to punch, three red laser beams emit from the snakes, and the face of the player will change into a mad face, similar to the one when running the /furious command.
