The Clockwork Eyes is an unsplicable face item that was added as part of Blocktor's Orders! update. It is a possible drop from completing Level 10 training for a Clockwork Fish, the other possible drop being a Clockwork Fish Leash.

Your vision is normal.

When equipped, it grants the Punch Range: Focused Eyes mod which allows the player to punch one tile further while having a claw slash effect when punching.
